social-emotional learning to workforce readiness.

Facilitation

Music is more than entertainment, it's a tool for connection and growth. I design and lead interactive music experiences that build team morale,
strengthen SEL competencies, and engage participants of all ages.

As a 3x Grammy Mentor and author of "How to SEL Music," I've spent decades turning music into a vehicle for real learning. Whether it's a one-day workshop or an ongoing series, I bring energy, expertise, and outcomes your participants will
remember. Let's create an experience worth talking about.

Training

Your staff shouldn't just teach music, they should teach students how to profit from it. I train educators and program staff on modern music production, from DAWs and mixing techniques to publishing, distribution, and monetization.

My approach combines industry-standard tools with real-world business skills, so
your team can prepare young people not just to create, but to *own* their work. Currently, I teach Music Production and Entrepreneurship at Crosstown High,
I'll bring that same energy to your organization. Let's level up your team.
